RECENT WORK
UX - FASHION RANGE FINDER
1. Context
Lohla Sport is a bold, premium women’s golf apparel brand. While the visual identity was strong, shopping required browsing through multiple categories and filters — which can feel overwhelming in fashion e-commerce.
The opportunity:
Help customers find a full look faster and with more confidence.
2. The Problem
Golf apparel shopping often requires answering multiple questions:
Is this appropriate for my course?
Will it work in this weather?
Does it match my style?
Will the fit feel right?
The existing experience required users to self-filter everything manually.
Goal:
Reduce decision fatigue and increase outfit-level purchases.
3. User Insight
Through observation of browsing behavior and conversations with customers:
Many women shop for a specific event (trip, tournament, club match).
They want styling reassurance.
They prefer curated looks over piecing items together manually.
4. The Idea
Create a guided experience called:
“Find Your Range Look”
A lightweight style quiz that:
Asks 3–4 intuitive questions
Curates a full outfit
Allows full-look add-to-cart
Not gimmicky. Not long. Just helpful.
5. UX Flow
Entry:
Homepage CTA: “Find Your Perfect Range Look”
Step 1: Where are you playing?
(Resort / Private Club / Casual Round / Tournament)
Step 2: What’s the weather?
(Temperature slider + wind toggle)
Step 3: How do you like your fit?
(Tailored / Relaxed / Performance stretch)
Step 4: Style personality
(Classic / Playful / Bold)
Result Screen:
Curated outfit
Alternative swaps
Add entire look to cart
Save to profile
6. Design Considerations
Keep it visual, not text-heavy
Avoid over-asking
Reinforce brand voice in microcopy
Make the results feel curated, not algorithmic
7. Outcomes
Clear path to purchase
Encourages multi-item cart
Builds brand confidence
Positions Lohla as style authority
